The electrical control panel is designed to monitor and control the process of oil production and well heating. The control panel is equipped with a circuit breaker, a protective device for switching off the insulation current, a three-phase magnetic starter to turn on / off the heating, instruments for measuring the current and voltage of the heater.
The equipment is placed in an airtight cabinet.
The electrical control panels allows:
• on and off heating;
• control the pump units;
• control the current flowing through the well heater;
• monitor the voltage applied to the well heater;
• automatically disconnect the power starter (remove the voltage from the high-voltage transformer and, accordingly, the well heater) from the network in the presence of insulation current.
