316 STAINLESS STEEL

It is the second most common grade; the alloy addition of molybdenum prevents forms specific to corrosion and improves its resistance to it. Also known as stainless steel “marine grade” due to its high resistance to corrosion in chlorides, it has become a very suitable material for use in near-ocean environments. 18/10 often it corresponds to this degree. It is also known as “A4” according to the International Organization for Standardization ISO 3506.

ZERON 100

It is a high alloy stainless steel that it is designed for use in difficult environments and aggressive. Due to its exceptional strength, Zeron 100 is known as a super duplex stainless steel. It is also known as Super Duplex Stainless and has the following properties:

• Resistance to corrosion and wear.

• Superior resistance to sulphuric acid in many different concentrations.

• Resistance to cracking stress rust.

• Minimum elastic limit of 80,000 psi.

• More profitable than most alloys a nickel base.

• Exceptional machinability.

DUPLEX 2507

This alloy is used in situations which requires exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. It is also known as alloy 2507. It is very commonly used because of its unique properties. In addition to its corrosion resistance and basic strength, Duplex 2507 also provides:

• Extreme resistance to uniform corrosion.

• Good resistance to inorganic acids /chloride.

• Works with diluted hydrochloric acid.

• Improved machinability and old ability.

• Impact resistance.
